In virtue of the positions held, I developed a high ability to identify critical issues that affect the success and draw the appropriate conclusions to redefine the processes that promote the improvement of organizations.

Organization

The Organization is inherent in a Quality System.
All Quality Systems in which I was involved, had their organization recognized by certifying entities.

Monitoring

Monitoring is one of the requirements for a quality management system.
Its purpose is develop and distribute relevant information to assess the commitment and results against objectives.
Whether it is control of products, services or processes, all need to be ensured for companies certification.
This requirement has always been inherent in the positions performed by me.

Leadership

To achieve the objectives pursued by the organization, working in group is essential. It is therefore necessary to create arrangements using common languages ​​and find solutions to the problems.
The specific character of various collaborators with whom I worked, was not an impediment to guide them and motivate them to achieve the results desired by companies.

Negotiation

My most recent experience in budgeting, my period in consultancy and the experience as Manager of Anatest, were essencial in the development of my negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
